To access course content, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Upon completing a purchase (for paid courses) or signing in (for free courses), you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the course materials. Free course access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Paid course access remains available to you for as long as the platform operates, subject to these Terms.
Paid courses are offered as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of all applicable fees unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Once a payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

All course content -- including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, prompts, frameworks, downloadable materials, and the Site design -- is the intellectual property of GrowthPair and Growth Stack Mafia, or their respective licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without our prior written consent. The Claude Marketers name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GrowthPair.

The Site and all course content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPair, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to your account; (c) any content obtained from the Site; or (d) any third-party conduct on the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access the Site and its content will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
